Position Summary

Scrum Master Manager is responsible for leading one or more Agile teams, coaching Scrum Masters, driving Agile maturity, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives. This role partners with Product Owners, Engineering, Delivery Leaders, and business stakeholders to remove impediments, improve team effectiveness, manage risks, and deliver measurable business value. The position often supports portfolio planning, financial management, and organizational Agile transformation efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technology driven environment

• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.

• Experience leading large-scale technology or business initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification

• PMP Certification

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
