We’re looking for a strategic and consumer-focused leader to elevate our eCommerce content experience across EMEA. In this role, you will bring together creativity, data and commercial thinking to deliver compelling digital experiences that inspire consumers and support business growth. You'll lead a talented team while partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to shape the future of our digital content ecosystem.

How you'll make a difference

Own the EMEA eCommerce Content Strategy and Roadmap

• Develop and execute the eCommerce content strategy across EMEA digital channels, ensuring a consistent, engaging and consumer-centric brand experience.

• Define seasonal content priorities, storytelling frameworks and content requirements aligned with commercial, merchandising and brand objectives.

Lead End-to-End Content Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning, creation and publication of product, campaign and editorial content across all eCommerce touchpoints, including Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, Editorial Hubs and Landing Pages.

• Translate commercial, merchandising and marketing priorities into actionable content plans that support demand generation and conversion.

Drive Cross-Functional Content Governance

• Manage content calendars, workflows, production schedules and governance processes across multiple stakeholders, agencies and markets.

• Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand and aligned with business priorities.

Optimize Content Performance

• Leverage consumer insights, SEO best practices, site performance data and digital merchandising principles to continuously improve content effectiveness.

• Monitor key KPIs and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and revenue contribution.

Manage Content Production & Creative Operations

• Oversee content briefing, asset creation, localization and publication processes.

• Partner with Creative, Brand, CRM, Paid Media and external agencies to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality content assets.

Lead and Develop the Team

• Lead and develop a team of content professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Provide coaching, prioritization and workload management to ensure successful execution.

Support Innovation & Digital Experience Enhancements

• Identify opportunities to improve the online consumer experience through new content capabilities, storytelling approaches and platform enhancements.

• Champion testing, experimentation and process optimization across the content ecosystem.

Skills for Success

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Content, Digital Merchandising, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.

• Experience working within a global or multi-market eCommerce environment.

• Strong understanding of content strategy, digital merchandising, customer journeys and eCommerce best practices.

• Experience with CMS platforms, content governance and digital content production workflows.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and content performance optimization.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand, consumer and business objectives.

• Experience leveraging analytics and consumer insights to inform content decisions and measure impact.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, CRM, Product, UX and external agency partners.

• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills.

• Experience managing and developing teams.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed international organization.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
