Description -

You will be joining a fast-paced team managing performance operations for sales that we enable in support channels. This will include working with a team of analysts to decipher performance narratives and create actions to improve the offers with our business development tower.

This role will manage a team working across worldwide and market teams to identify key areas for enhance or grow the Sales at Point of Support (SPOS) business. This will include, but not be limited to:

• Creating sales growth strategies
• Managing SPOS operations
• Development of business cases
• Executing on business funding exercises
• Driving deployment of strategic programs
• Executive-level communications
• Managing to key performance indicators
• Direction and goal setting
• Daily team activity planning and priorities
• People recruitment, objective setting, performance coaching and career development planning
• Employee Engagement

Responsibilities:

• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
• Works across regions/geographies and global teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.
• Responsible for revenue and margin contribution for a set of (more than one) solutions or services.
• Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
• Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business.
• Establish strategies and business plans to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth
• Remove barriers as needed to enable direct reports to execute their roles and achieve objectives and goals.
• Identify and drive process improvements of business operations and individual and team productivity to improve overall effectiveness.
• Establish a culture of process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with the business.
• May be responsible for leading, managing, sponsoring or participating on projects.
• Establish and manage relationships with subject matter experts and appropriate management to develop strong cooperation between teams.
• Creates a working environment conducive to individual growth and where high performance is challenging and rewarding.
• Embraces diversity and inclusion and other HP cultural goals.

Education and Experience Required:

• Proven track record in sales management or willingness and skills to become a people manager
• Established management background of high-level individual contributors (leading teams)
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrate knowledge of corporate organization, culture and policies, cross functional roles and objectives.
• Demonstrate people management capability, leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and management by influence with international, multi-cultural, virtual teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to present to Senior Management.
• Demonstrate skills in project management, analysis, communication, scheduling, controlling and presentation.
• Skills in management of people and business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem-solving, managing individual and team productivity and dynamics.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output.
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive change across functions; highly developed program management and change management.
• Management by influence with international, multi-cultural, virtual teams
• Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
• Fluency in English and local language/s
