As a Managed Services - Corporate Accounting - Associate 2, you will engage in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for clients across various functions. Within our Assurance practice, you will execute processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation, contributing to the success of our clients' operations. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics, while building your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and processing
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction
- Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Utilizing technology and process optimization to enhance service delivery
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold regulatory standards
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Managing customer data and performing due diligence to validate data integrity

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
