Role Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for assembly line equipment.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and improvement of production machines and equipment.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions to eliminate recurring machine issues.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide timely corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and maintainability.
Role Purpose:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime to support business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or production equipment support.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, pneumatic systems, and electrical control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, or OEE concepts is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
