JOB DESCRIPTION:

Kick-start your career in logistics with a unique two-year trainee program!

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for logistics, supply chain, business, or engineering? Do you want hands-on experience across multiple logistics functions while developing the skills and leadership experience needed for a successful career in a global organization? As a Logistics Trainee based in Breda, you will join a structured two-year development program designed to give you broad exposure to our logistics operations. Through a series of four six-month rotations, you will gain valuable (leadership) experience in different areas of the business, build a strong professional network, and develop the knowledge and skills needed for future opportunities within our organization.

What you'll do

During the trainee program, you will rotate across various logistics and supply chain functions, which may include:

• Transportation Planning

• Inventory Management

• Planning & Support

• Customer Service

• Operations (typically a Supervisory role)

• Other logistics roles aligned with business needs and your development goals

In each rotation, you will:

• Learn and perform the day-to-day responsibilities of the role

• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Conduct root cause analyses and create reports to support business decisions

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments

• Ensure accurate administrative follow-up and documentation

• Work independently while managing priorities and deadlines

• Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

• Build expertise that will enable you to support teams as a backup or future specialist in the function

You will also work closely with a dedicated mentor and maintain a personal development plan throughout the program to support your growth and career ambitions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Recent graduate or candidate with limited professional experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Power BI is a plus

No prior working experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong learning mindset and the ambition to grow within logistics and supply chain operations.
