The Logistics & Administrate Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive logistics and administrative support to Pall Spain across multiple Lines of Business (Energy, F&B, Sales Systems, SLS, FSE teams, and Cytiva). The role ensures the efficient management of parcels, equipment, shipments, documentation, facility support, and on‑site coordination to enable smooth daily operations and high service levels to internal and external customers.

This position reports to the General Administration Manager and is part of the Administration team of Pall Spain located in Madrid and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1)Logistics Operations

Provide comprehensive logistics support to Pall Spain across multiple Lines of Business (Energy, F&B, Sales Systems, SLS, FSE teams, and Cytiva).

2)Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Pall Spain across multiple Lines of Business (Energy, F&B, Sales Systems, SLS, FSE teams, and Cytiva).

3) Facility & Meeting Room Support

Supervise facility works and escort external maintenance or service providers while on-site.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Experience in logistics operations, courier coordination, warehouse/stock support
• Experience in administrative functions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Spanish and English B1

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20 kg and Training in electrical and manual pallet

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
