Does

• Identifies and rectifies any discrepancies, ensuring that clients' data are aligned and accurate. Ensures that all reconciliation activities are conducted in strict accordance with the approved process manual.

• This individual displays exceptional leadership and a meticulous attention to detail, fostering a culture of accuracy and analytical problem-solving. They exhibit a proactive, client-centric mindset and maintain professional composure when communicating with all stakeholders.

Delivers

• Delivers accurately reconciled accounts and a high-performing team that consistently meets compliance and performance targets. This results in mitigated financial risk, clear reporting for management, and strengthened client trust.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 
• 2-4 years of experience in lending operations, banking, finance, or related fields.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with additional experience in loan management systems considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proven experience with transaction reconciliation and account review, preferably within the lending industry.
• Proven experience in foreseeing negative scenarios and proactively implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases would be a strong advantage.
• Experience in a management, supervisory, or team lead capacity is advantageous.
