Key Account Manager – Hotels & Cafés (Docklands, VIC)

The Role

Join Bega Group as a Key Account Manager within our HORECA team, where you'll drive growth across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Vending and Leisure customers nationally. This role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, growing market share, and expanding Bega's foodservice portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll deliver exceptional customer outcomes while contributing to sustainable business growth across the channel. 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, vending and leisure channels nationally. 

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sustainable sales growth and achieve budget targets

• Develop and execute customer engagement plans, including product launches and sales campaigns. 

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring timely outcomes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and business results

About You

• Experience within Foodservice, On-Premise or HORECA channels, ideally in an FMCG environment

• Proven success managing customer accounts and delivering sustainable sales growth

• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Commercially astute with the ability to analyse financial performance and identify growth opportunities

• Resilient, solutions-focused and capable of developing strategic customer plans that deliver mutually beneficial outcome
