About the role:

The purpose of this role is to execute the Key Accounts activation agenda, ensuring customer-specific activations, promotional activities, innovation launches, POS materials and visibility plans are delivered on time, in full and in line with the commercial calendar. The role translates cycle plans and customer plans into high-quality activation at customer and store level.

Functional & Leadership Responsibilities

·       Execute customer-specific activation plans.

·       Coordinate POSM, visibility, agency execution, in-store mechanics, innovation launch support and promotional activity requirements.

·       Partner with Key Accounts Sales Executive and Sales Operations.

·       Track activation quality, promotional compliance, visibility, customer feedback and sell-out impact.

·       Support M&E and learning loops.

·       Ensure activation spending, claims, agency management and materials deployment follow guardrails.

·       Orchestrate Commercial Planning, Customer Marketing, Key Accounts, agencies, distributors and customer teams.
