Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a motivated and curious Junior Full Stack Developer to join our in-house development team. This role supports the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications and provides hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end technologies.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code while collaborating closely with engineers, product, and UX teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full web application development lifecycle from concept through deployment and post-launch support
- Develop high-quality code following established development standards and processes
- Build and maintain front-end and back-end features to support business requirements
- Collaborate with UX and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centered designs
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and best practices
- Assess technical feasibility of proposed functional designs
- Maintain and enhance existing applications and codebases
- Communicate task progress, technical challenges, and solutions clearly
- Stay current with emerging web and software development technologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of both front-end and back-end development concepts
- Experience with React, JavaScript/typescript preferred
- Familiarity with Git; Jira and Confluence experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
