The Role

We are looking for a Junior PR & Communications Specialist to support our media relations, digital PR, brand communications, and corporate communication activities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Social Media teams, contributing to communication initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, media visibility, and online reputation. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in PR, communications, media relations, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Media relations & journalist outreach
• Support media relations and journalist outreach activities
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of press releases, announcements, and other communication materials
• Contribute to backlink acquisition and digital PR campaigns
• Research media, publication, and outreach opportunities
• Monitor brand mentions, media coverage, and relevant industry news
• Support corporate and brand communication initiatives
• Coordinate with the Content and Social Media teams on communication activities
• Help adapt content and messages for different audiences and communication channels
• Maintain media lists, outreach records, and campaign documentation
• Support the preparation of basic reports on media coverage and campaign performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in PR, communications, media, digital marketing, or a similar field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Interest in media relations, digital PR, and brand communications
• Basic understanding of SEO and backlink acquisition will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager-to-learn mindset
• Familiarity with media monitoring, analytics, or reporting tools will be considered an advantage

Previous internship or junior-level experience in a communications agency, media company, technology business, or digital environment will be considered an asset.
