The Role

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning information into useful insights. The role will support a broad range of marketing activities, including performance monitoring, market research, reporting, content coordination, and campaign analysis.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop a strong understanding of digital marketing and learn how different marketing channels contribute to business and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key marketing metrics and support the preparation of regular reports
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from different marketing channels
• Help the team identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Support campaign tracking and evaluate results against agreed objectives
• Assist with market, competitor, and audience research
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing insights
• Contribute to content planning and coordination across marketing channels
• Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Coordinate with the Content, Design, Social Media, Sales, and Product teams on marketing initiatives
• Assist with basic on-page and off-page SEO monitoring and analysis
• Support the organization of corporate events and marketing activities
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when required
• Keep marketing documentation, plans, and reporting files organized and up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Communications, or a related field
• Up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics, research, or a similar role; internships are also welcome
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in working with data
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing platforms, or social media insights
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager-to-learn mindset
