As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in supporting marketing initiatives and developing our presence across multiple markets.

This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in CIS, LATAM or South-East Asia.

Requirements

• Support the planning and delivery of regional marketing activity across assigned markets.
• Adapt global campaigns and initiatives to ensure they are locally relevant and commercially effective.
• Work closely with regional Sales teams to understand market priorities and identify opportunities for marketing support.
• Coordinate the execution of campaigns across channels, including email, digital, content, social media and events.
• Support destination marketing campaigns, using customer and market insights to identify relevant opportunities.
• Support regional brand-building initiatives while ensuring consistency with RateHawk's global brand.
• Track campaign performance and use results and insights to improve future activity. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Design, Content, Digital and other teams to bring regional initiatives to life.

Key qualifications

• Relevant experience. Ideally, 1 years experience in regional, integrated, brand or B2B marketing.
• Personal skills. Proactive, dependable, action-oriented, results-focused, comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-changing environment.
• Marketing expertise. Good understanding of core marketing channels and how they work together as part of a campaign.
• Analytical & commercial mindset. Comfortable working with data and campaign metrics, with an interest in understanding customer, sales and market needs.
• International mindset. Ability to work across different cultural contexts and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and markets.
• Attention to detail & growth mindset. Detail-oriented, curious and willing to learn, experiment and develop in a fast-moving international environment.
