• Create and improve emails and landing pages, making sure they’re clear, accessible and on brand.
• Set up audience groups using simple filters, such as what people have clicked on or the pages they have visited.
• Review campaign performance and share ideas to help us improve future activity.
• Confidence in writing clear, engaging email content and subject lines.
• An understanding of how customer data flows between marketing systems and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Knowledge of A/B testing to find out what works best for different audiences.
