採用チームのアドミ業務をメインにサポートし、円滑な採用活動の推進に貢献いただきます。

主な業務

• 面接スケジュールの調整・管理、会議室予約

• 応募管理システム・データの更新管理

• 入社手続き書類のファイリング

• 採用関連資料の作成補助

• 社内外との連絡・調整業務

• その他、採用チームに関わるアドミニストレーション業務全般

＜必須要件＞

• 障がい者手帳をお持ちの方

• MS Office（Word、Excel、Outlook対応等）を使用した実務経験　３年以上

• コミュニケーション能力があり、チームで協力して業務を進められる方

• 週２日以上の出社が可能な方

＜勤務条件＞

勤務地： JLL本社（東京都千代田区紀尾井町）
勤務時間： 9:00~17:10　（うち休憩1時間）
想定給与目安：基本年額給400万円~450万円　※固定残業月30時間含む

＜雇用形態＞

本ポジションは契約社員としての採用となります。

• 初回契約期間： 6ヶ月

• 契約更新： 業務遂行状況や適性に鑑み、双方合意の上で1年毎の更新契約へ移行予定
