業務拡大に伴い、事業用不動産の仲介業務におけるクロージング担当者を募集しています。

【業務内容】

・事業用不動産売買の仲介における契約決済業務

　‐ 重要事項説明書の作成等、宅地建物取引業者として不動産売買仲介に必要な書類の作成

・不動産信託受益権売買の媒介等における契約決済業務

　- 物件概要書の作成等、第二種金融商品取引業者として不動産信託受益権売買の媒介に必要な書類の作成

・法定帳簿等の管理保管業務など

想定基本年収：4,500,000~5,000,000

残業代： 有り　固定残業代を基本年収に含む（月30時間相当額）＊非管理職の場合

• PCスキル（Word Excel PowerPoint）－中級以上
