As a Senior Associate specializing in Java Microservices, EJB, and Banking/Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance through innovative software solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills to design, code, and test applications that redefine industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities
- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java Microservices and Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implementing microservices architecture to improve scalability and maintainability of software systems
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Utilizing API management and enterprise application integration techniques to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Engaging in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to accelerate software development cycles
- Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to validate smooth operation and functionality
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex software engineering challenges
- Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
