Key Responsibilities may include:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support:

• Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various roles (e.g., chefs, stewards, engineers, customer service representatives).
• Preparing onboarding materials and coordinating new hire paperwork.
• Supporting the orientation process for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and informative start.

2. Employee Relations and Support:

• Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Supporting HR initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and development.
• Helping to coordinate employee benefits information and inquiries.
• Assisting with general employee communications and HR-related queries.

3. Policy and Compliance Assistance:

• Familiarizing with and assisting in the application of company HR policies and procedures.

• Supporting compliance efforts related to labor laws and industry regulations.

4. HR Administration:

• Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related correspondence.

• Assisting in organizing HR events or training sessions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in the luxury travel or railway industry is advantageous.
