Job Description: Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Intern to join our team. The intern will support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, internal communication campaigns, events and content creation across various channels.
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is creative, proactive, comfortable with digital tools and has an interest in video editing, graphic designing, social media content and employee communication
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
● Assist in drafting and publishing internal communication mailers, announcements and updates.
● Support communication operations related to HR policies, processes, benefits and employee initiatives.
● Create engaging content for internal platforms, newsletters and employee communication channels.
● Policy updates: Update policies & processes on intranet and maintain a tracker for these.
● Assist in creating FAQs, awareness material and employee guides.
Video & Content Creation
● Create and edit short videos, reels and other visual content for internal communication and engagement campaigns.
● Assist with basic photography and videography during events. Employee Engagement & Events
● Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, workshops and wellness initiatives.
● Assist with event preparation, coordination, employee participation, vendor coordination and logistics.
● Support the execution of pan-India employee engagement initiatives across multiple office locations.
Preferred Skills
● Strong interest in video editing and content creation.
● Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Basic understanding of social media content and short-form video trends.
● Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
● Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, HR, Media, Design, Business Administration or a related field.
● Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
● A portfolio of videos, reels, designs or other creative work will be an added advantage.
Stipend: Inside of 10K per month
