The Role – Internal Account Executive

You’ll need to be organised, able to multi-task, and have a professional telephone manner. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to customer support calls and emails

• Supporting the Account Managers with tasks and projects

• Remote customer training and system implementation

• Month-end reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, with a genuine customer-focused approach

• Technically competent – confident with core software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new systems quickly

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

• A salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience
