Job Summary
In 2019, Keyfactor decided to widen its investment and acquired Redtrust, a Spanish company pioneer in the management of people’s identity through the custody and management of digital certificates. Redtrust has a strong reputation for providing top-notch products and services in Spain. The expansion to the Latin American market is a natural progression for the company, which aims to meet the growing demand for secure digital signing tools in the region.
Redtrust is expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our team. Currently, as part of our internationalization strategy in LATAM, we want to expand our sales team with a special focus on the Brazilian market.
The role will support the migration of client environments from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2025, including the deployment and configuration of virtual machines within client virtualization environments, database migration, and validation of successful migrations.
The position involves working with Windows Server operating systems, command-line configuration, virtualization technologies, and Redtrust backup systems. Initial training will be provided to ensure the intern develops the technical knowledge and practical skills required to perform these activities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of new virtual machines and support within the client’s virtualization environment
- Support with the configuration and verification of backup systems (Redtrust)
- Migration of databases associated with the systems
- Basic configuration of operating systems
- Functional and technical validation of completed migrations
- Execution of tasks via command line
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Systems Administration and IT Infrastructure or Programming profile, with the following requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization concepts
- Basic command-line skills
- Interest in systems administration and IT environments
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
