Job Summary:                      

Join our HR team and gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, HR operations, and corporate events. This internship provides valuable experience in a professional corporate environment within the asset and investment management industry.

Job Details:

• Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internship programmes.

• Support learning and development activities, including training administration and coordination.

• Maintain non-confidential HR records, databases, and documentation.

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.

• Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Learn

• End-to-end HR functions and operations.

• HR processes, policies, and best practices.

• Recruitment, employee engagement, and learning & development activities.

• Corporate workplace exposure, particularly within the asset and investment management industry.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced corporate setting.
