We are currently seeking Mexican Talent interested in joining our team through a 4 to 6-month internship opportunity

As a Four Seasons Cabo del Sol Intern, you will do much more than complete an internship — you will take your first step into the world of luxury hospitality.
Through hands-on experience in guest-facing environments, you will play an active role in creating exceptional experiences. From areas such as People & Culture, Finance, Purchasing, Front Office, Restaurants, Kitchen, Engineering, Residences and Events, you will gain a holistic understanding of how excellence comes to life across every part of the resort.

What you bring:
Fluency in English for guest facing areas
Fluency in Spanish for back of the House areas
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections.
High emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and respond thoughtfully to guests, colleagues, and leaders.
Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities to grow with a willingness to step your comfort zone and take on new experiences.
What You Will Learn & Do:
Throughout your internship, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of a luxury resort, contributing to the creation of memorable and meaningful guest experiences.
You will learn to navigate real-world challenges with professionalism, handling sensitive information with discretion while building trust in every interaction. As you collaborate with leadership and support key initiatives, you will develop confidence, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership
Develop and apply technical and operational skills specific to your assigned area while gaining a broader understanding of luxury hospitality operations.
Gain proficiency in hospitality software systems, including Workday, FS Chat, Open table, Golden, HotSOS, Opera, Birchstreet, and Telephone systems, developing essential technical skills.
