034425 Inside Sales Representative (Open)Job Description:
Greif is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support business growth by managing customer contacts, identifying sales opportunities, and helping move deals forward. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Qualify leads and support opportunities through the sales funnel.
Keep the CRM updated with activities, next steps, and close dates.
Prepare standard quotes and work with the Pricing team when needed.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right Greif solutions.
Work closely with Field Sales and Customer Service to support account plans and smooth handoffs.
Support activities for dormant accounts and new business opportunities.
Escalate service or quality issues and follow up until resolved.
Follow compliance, pricing, and internal governance policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support is a plus.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confidence in speaking with customers and supporting sales activities.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Basic commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.
