About the Role
The Inside Sales Executive supports growth of the Autodesk business within the TD SYNNEX portfolio across the Western Balkan region (Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro) by creating and progressing new business pipeline across assigned partners and customers. The role delivers customer satisfaction, develops sales opportunities and supports total portfolio performance
What You'll Do
Maximize call potential using multiple information sources and generate new business opportunities through planned outbound calls and proactive customer engagement
Hold customer conversations around Autodesk solutions and product areas, understand business requirements and recommend a relevant TD SYNNEX value proposition
Build excellent customer relationships and develop assigned partner relationships through account planning, cross-selling and consistent follow-up
Identify project opportunities and engage other specialists when specific product or vendor knowledge is required
Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting while ensuring agreed customer service levels are maintained
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts and collaborate within the internal team and partners
Focus on creating and developing Autodesk pipeline while partners remain the primary owners of customer relationships and deal closure
Qualify customer needs and provide high-quality opportunity handover, quotations, pricing, promotions and portfolio cross-selling support to partners
Align target accounts, opportunity priorities and next actions with partners and internal sales teams to improve conversion, pipeline quality and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
3+ years of relevant professional experience in sales
Excellent sales skills and a proven track record
Numerate with good attention to detail
Priority management and planning skills
Strive to achieve set targets (closing leads)
Understands Sales Process
Effective Communication Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of the product portfolio would be desirable but not essential
IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
Fluent spoken and written knowledge of English and Serbian
