Job Description Summary:
Partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.) to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives (e.g., Mergers & Acquisitions). Responsible and ensuring compliance with VAT and WHT regulations (indirect tax), includes collaboration across business functions to enhance compliance, efficiency, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare periodic indirect tax returns (e.g. VAT/WHT)
• Organise and process VAT/WHT payments and submissions.
• Support Account Payable/Billing team and resolve transactional tax-related queries.
• Assist in responding to tax authorities' inquiries.
• Stay informed about changes in tax laws, regulations, and ruling, and assist in system modifications to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system and process issues.
• Identifies issues and proposes solutions.
• Support tax team on ad hoc tax related matters such as tax audit/SP2DK request etc
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in fiscal/tax administration, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in taxation, preferably in tax consulting firm.
• Brevet A & B certification is required.
• Familiar with Coretax systems.
• Strong knowledge of WHT/VAT tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience in using SAP (is a plus).

• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
