- Plan and control indirect materials and consumable parts for assigned product portfolios to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor material deliveries and in-transit shipments, resolving supply issues to prevent shortages impacting production or maintenance activities.
- Confirm invoices against purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to support on-time receipt of materials.
- Analyze inventory performance and implement optimal reorder points, minimum and maximum stock levels, and replenishment parameters within the ERP system.
- Maintain master data accuracy and support ERP system enhancements that improve planning efficiency and supply chain performance.
- Generate material requirements planning (MRP)-based supply plans and collaborate with buyers and operational schedulers to finalize execution plans.
- Prepare inventory projections, manage excess and obsolete inventory, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Procurement, or a related function.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Polish.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated manufacturing industry, including knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- German language skills at A2 level or higher.
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland, Skawina: zł112.500 - zł187.400 PLN Annual
