We're looking for an Inbound Operations Manager who will lead the inbound shift, manage a team of Area Managers to drive high performance, and help turn a new building into a high-performing operation. What you'll do

As Inbound Operations Manager, you will lead the inbound shift, managing a team of Area Managers to drive high performance across safety, quality, and productivity.

You will:

• Own inbound: Drive receiving, put-away and stock availability performance, safety compliance, and labor management

• Lead & develop: Coach, mentor and scale your team of Area Managers, ensuring optimal staffing, skills, and readiness

• Work with cross-functional teams (Automation, OpEx, HR, IT, Transport) to solve live challenges and align resources

• Monitor inbound KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and champion a continuous improvement culture

• Support implementation of new processes, tools and automated systems across receiving and inbound operations

• Drive standardisation, safety compliance and best-practice adoption in a new operational environment

• Support operations during peak periods, weekends and holidays with hands-on problem-solving

• Build an environment with stronger standards, better processes and an engaging, high-energy culture from Day 1

• Drive your shift to successful outcomes and help teams adopt new ways of working smoothly and consistently

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in inbound, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing management

• Proven track record of managing teams (50+ people) in fast-paced environments

• Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving approach

• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills

• High school leaving exam (Abitur/Matura) or higher education

• Proficiency in English, and at least conversational-level Czech

• Availability to work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays to support operational needs

Nice to have:

• University degree or MBA in a related field

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies

• Experience with WMS tools and high-volume automated receiving/inbound operations
