They play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.Those in intelligent automation at PwC will focus on conducting process mining, designing next generation small- and large-scale automation solutions, and implementing intelligent process automation, robotic process automation and digital workflow solutions to help clients achieve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) and a proven track record of developing and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
Collaborate with business analysts to identify and refine automation requirements.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.
Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure ongoing efficiency and performance.
Create detailed documentation for developed processes and procedures.
Provide support and training to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to auto

Preferred skill sets:
Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
Knowledge of cognitive automation and AI technologies.
Familiarity with process modeling and automation frameworks.
Advanced/Master Certification in Automation Anywhere.
Years of experience required:
4+yrs to 7years of total experience with at least 4 years of hands-on UiPath development and platform support
· Prior experience working on enterprise-scale UiPath implementations (multi-bot environments, COE-led delivery)
Education qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3+ YEARS with Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
