Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be a senior, commercially accountable leader responsible for managing, growing, and delivering on a flagship Metals & Mining client account. The role requires strong consulting experience, deep sector knowledge across integrated steel, aluminum, mining, ferro-alloys, and resources, and the ability to engage with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders. This role requires strong business development capabilities, delivery excellence, commercial acumen, and the ability to mobilize cross-functional Accenture capabilities across Strategy, Digital, Technology, Operations, ESG, Supply Chain, and Transformation programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and manage senior client relationships across C-suite, Board-level, and executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Lead client engagement cadences including QBRs, strategy workshops, business reviews, and thought leadership discussions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s transformation agenda, competitive landscape, value chain priorities, and business objectives.
• Own account P&L and drive 15–25% year-on-year revenue growth through proactive opportunity seeding, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Develop and execute multi-year account growth strategies to expand Accenture’s footprint across Strategy, Digital, Technology, Operations, ESG, Supply Chain, and Transformation programs.
• Originate, shape, and close large-scale consulting opportunities, including new SOWs, contract renewals, and complex deals ranging from INR 25 Cr to INR 150 Cr+.
• Maintain strong pipeline coverage and ensure continued account expansion through strategic business development and proactive client engagement.
• Lead multi-tower consulting programs across operational excellence, digital transformation, supply chain, ESG, technology, and enterprise transformation themes.
• Contribute to the Metals & Mining practice through POVs, reusable assets, case studies, benchmarks, and industry thought leadership.

Experience: Minimum 15-18 years of progressive functional and consulting experience.

Educational Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 Institute with an excellent academic background
