Job Summary
Main Responsibility is support HR Operation Team in HR operation activities.

Education & Experience
Typically requires of 2-3 years of experience in the current field of work.
Typically University degree required

Responsibilities

Employee Data Management

• Oversee employee master data file, provide employee files to payroll vendors when needed
• Personnel file creations and maintenance
• Employment agreement management
• Maintaining employee database in Workday and/or any other HRIS system

Attendance Management

• Manage timesheet records, working with payroll vendor to any correct consolidated timesheet.
• Manage leave and overtime
• Manage shift & scheduling

C&B Activities

• Working with payroll vendors to ensure the payroll cycles smoothly
• In charge of payroll full cycles include offline and online through SAP payroll
• SHUI management
• PIT management
• Monitoring demotion/promotion and other employment changes accordingly
• Calculating labor rate
• Monitoring employee disciplinary and feedback respondence

Reports

• Compensation Reports
• Customer’s customized report
• Mandatory reports by the government

Others

• Trade Union payments support
• HR compliance, policies management & disciplinary
• Others HR activities support

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Local related Expat Management Regulation
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.  Read and understand visual aid.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. 
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Familiar with Workday, SAP
• Fluent English, Chinese would be a big plus.
