What would you do? • The primary purpose of this role is to manage the accuracy, accessibility, and security of workforce data by processing tasks such as data entry, validation, maintenance, and reporting. This involves ensuring that data is up-to-date, consistent, and compliant with relevant standards, while also troubleshooting any data discrepancies. • . What are we looking for? • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • • Knowledge of data privacy security and compliance with legal and client specific data protection standards • • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality by adhering to client data protection policies and legal requirements while handling sensitive information securely • • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities • • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data management processes and efficiency • • Adapt to new tools technologies and processes in a dynamic work environmen
Roles and Responsibilities: • Data entry in HR1S and managing service requests via Oracle Helpdesk • • Update HR1S systems including internal and client based applications with HR transactions • • Double check all work before submission to ensure accuracy • • Extract analyze and deliver reports to ensure data is processed accurately • • Maintain a clear understanding of process metrics such as SLA and KPI and how they are measured • • Complete tasks within assigned service levels to ensure timely delivery • • Communicate with requestors through Helpdesk to obtain accurate information required for processing requests • • Review all inputs to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures • • Escalate issues and seek guidance when faced with complex problems • • Follow established processes guidelines localization documents tools checklists and templates to ensure consistent and accurate results • • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency accuracy and controls while contributing to innovation initiatives • • Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills • • Maintain strong attention to detail and manage business as usual activities effectively • • Act on feedback from supervisors and subject matter experts to improve accuracy and efficiency • • Complete all mandatory Accenture and client training programs including TQ DQ Ethics and Compliance and CTD while adhering to development requirements • • Ensure accurate complete and timely reporting of data in Accenture and client tools as required including ADRT GPH SQF DMS and T&E • • Actively participate in people engagement and team building activities • • Collaborate with client Local People Partners HRBP for process clarification updates and support • • Proactively identify and mitigate process risks using HR operational knowledge and escalate unresolved risks to supervisors • • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions to avoid future issues
