For a leading Financial Platform Services company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective and consistent HR practices across the organization.
- Own and continuously enhance the company’s Compensation & Benefits framework, including salary structures, benefits programs, market benchmarking, pay reviews and reward practices.
- Lead thefull-cycle recruitment process,from talent attraction and interviewing through selection, offer management and onboarding, supporting the company’s evolving talent needs.
- Oversee payroll processes and related HR administration, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
- Manage and further develop performance management, employee appraisal and talent development processes, while identifying training needs and supporting relevant learning initiatives.
- Serve as the key point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, grievances and day-to-day HR issues.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek labor laws and employment regulations, proactively monitoring legislative developments and implementing required changes to HR policies and practices.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, systems and procedures aligned with both local business priorities and broader organizational objectives.
- Partner with senior management on strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning and organizational development, providing insights and recommendations based on people data and business needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance working environment that strengthens employee engagement, collaboration and organizational culture.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with broad exposure across key HR functions, ideally within a growing, multinational, financial services, fintech or similarly dynamic environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including salary benchmarking, pay structures, benefits administration and reward practices.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment and onboarding processes, with the ability to attract and engage high-quality talent.
- Solid experience across payroll, performance management, talent development and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Greek labor law, employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset, combined with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek, with a high level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
