At SuperStaff, we are looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are looking to complete their professional internship while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, multicultural, and international environment.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support different Human Resources processes, Employee Engagement initiatives, and the overall employee experience while working alongside a highly collaborative team.
Responsabilites:
Support the Human Resources team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement, wellness, culture, recognition, team-building activities, and special celebrations.
- Help coordinate the logistics of internal events, including invitations, attendance tracking, preparation of materials, and collecting participant feedback.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications, campaigns, and initiatives related to company culture and employee engagement.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of reports, presentations, databases, and tracking tools for the HR department.
- Organize, update, and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including requesting documentation, following up on pending requirements, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Assist in updating employee information in Factorial HR and other internal systems.
- Follow up on internal HR requests and ongoing processes.
- Prepare HR communications, presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Support the organization of employee wellness activities, company events, celebrations, and cultural initiatives.
- Assist with basic recruitment activities, such as reviewing resumes, contacting candidates, and coordinating interviews when required.
- Provide support in responding to basic employee inquiries and route requests to the appropriate HR team member.
- Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as part of your professional development.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the proper handling of employee information.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field.
- Must be eligible through your university to complete a professional internship.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above (required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Medellín, Colombia.
