What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will take ownership of employee relations and case management, serving as a trusted partner to local managers while developing your advisory skills in a supportive, international environment.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a healthy work environment by applying fair investigation and mediation skills to manage dynamic employee relations cases.

• Partner with and coach managers on handling daily leadership opportunities, performance development, and team dynamics.

• Manage local short-term and long-term absence cases to ensure full compliance with Dutch legislation, including Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.

• Collaborate with international HR Centres of Excellence to deliver and implement impactful global people initiatives locally.

• Support local business goals by driving practical HR solutions and talent initiatives across the Netherlands organization.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of HR experience with an active focus on handling employee relations and general casework.

• Applied knowledge of Dutch labor law alongside foundational experience with Dutch absence management regulations.

• Native or fully fluent in Dutch, paired with strong professional English communication skills.

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• An interest in expanding into cross-border labor relations.

• Experience operating within an agile, matrixed global business structure.
