About the role

The Manager provides leadership for a portfolio of transformation programs covering multiple finance processes, geographies, or strategic initiatives. Accountable for governance, delivery performance, organizational change, capability building, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and realization of transformation benefits. Leads team leaders, project managers, and transformation specialists while partnering closely with senior finance and GBS leaders.

The senior manager is accountable for the governance, execution, control, and continuous improvement of Fixed Asset, Capex related end to end processes, ensuring accurate accounting, budget management, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effective stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Also responsible to translate finance transformation strategy into successful execution by leading complex transformation portfolios, strengthening organizational capabilities, managing risk, and ensuring measurable business outcomes from transformation investments.

Main accountabilities

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Experience within Diageo, particularly in Fixed Asset and CAPEX management, is an advantage.

• 8–12 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Consulting, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Business Transformation.

• 3–5 years of people management experience, with a proven track record to lead teams and encourage change.

• Strong understanding of Risk Management, including Internal Controls, Compliance & Ethics, and governance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture, communicate key messages, and deliver practical solutions.

• Experience in shared service environment, transformation/project management, process design and S4HANA use is an advantage
