We are seeking a customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships with clients throughout their real estate journey. As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting project sites, sales offices, and experience centers. You will coordinate client interactions, address inquiries, facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal teams, and ensure a seamless experience from initial engagement through post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and prospective buyers at project sites and sales offices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering prompt, professional, and personalized service.
• Coordinate customer appointments, site visits, meetings, and follow-up activities with sales teams.
• Respond to customer queries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer support, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support customer onboarding, documentation, and post-sales engagement activities.
• Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure reception and customer interaction areas maintain high hospitality and presentation standards.
• Assist in organizing customer events, project launches, and engagement initiatives to strengthen client relationships.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Relationship Management, Front Office, Hospitality, or Customer Service, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
