We are seeking a detail-oriented Group Insurance Coordinator to join our Finance team and support global insurance operations through policy administration, claims reporting, invoice processing, and month-end reporting while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for annual insurance renewals, including data collection, quality assurance, and premium payments.
Maintain accurate insurance policy registers, schedules, certificates, and related documentation.
Coordinate the issuance and renewal of Certificates of Currency and ensure local policies are renewed before expiry.
Lead the internal insurance claims reporting process and assist with insurance-related queries from business divisions.
Process insurance invoices, create Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP/Unibis, and track payments for accurate business recharging.
Prepare and complete month-end insurance reporting by the 25th of each month.
Assist in collecting underwriting information, coordinating risk engineering surveys, and supporting insurer recovery activities.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and process documentation while driving continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with brokers, internal stakeholders, and business units to enhance operational efficiency and digital insurance capabilities.
Perform ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in insurance administration, finance operations, or shared services.
Experience with SAP, Unibis, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and document management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multinational environment.
