Marietta Heights Post Acute is looking for a FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT STNA to join our team. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents, we’d love to have you on our team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other daily activities
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
Complete accurate documentation
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Promote resident dignity, independence, privacy, and respect
Work closely with nurses and the rest of the care team
Follow resident care plans and facility policies
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Current Ohio STNA certification
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
