Circleville Post Acute is looking for a Dietary Cook who understands that great care doesn't stop at the bedside. It continues right into the dining room. We're seeking someone who can prepare delicious meals, keep quality and safety top of mind, and help create a positive dining experience for our residents.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with meal service and ensure food is presented attractively.
- Work closely with the Dietary Manager and dietary team to meet residents' needs.
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cooking experience, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or food service.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a team.
- Someone who understands that every meal matters.
