Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Salesforce)

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 24 months.

What will you do?

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong Salesforce experience to enhance and support digital applications and system integrations. The engineer will work across frontend, backend and Salesforce components in an Agile engineering environment.

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Develop, configure and support solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Org configuration and integrations.
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScript, FlexCard, Integration Procedures and DataMapper.
• Develop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SOQL.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with product, business, design and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components.
• Experience with Apex, LWC and SOQL.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, web services and system integration.
• Familiarity with databases, Git, testing and CI/CD practices.
• Relevant Salesforce certification(s) and practical implementation experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or Government systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, RAG and Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
• Strong attention to code quality, security and maintainability.
