Job Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support the transformation of our industry-standard order, delivery, and assurance management systems. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams to build and enhance AT&T’s software platforms, working on new features, improvements, and defect resolution throughout the development lifecycle. You will contribute to the design and implementation of robust, scalable systems, participate in technical discussions, and support continuous improvement in a collaborative, agile environment.

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications with proficiency in Python (FastAPI). Deliver technical solutions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Apply best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and DevOps. Make effective use of AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and RAGs) and stay up to date with new technologies. Implement data persistence using SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake). Use modern testing practices, with an emphasis on unit and integration testing, code review, static analysis (Lint, Prettier, Veracode, SonarQube), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform). Develop and maintain APIs (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger). Contribute to cloud-native development with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes. Participate in agile processes (Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and team ceremonies. Work with team members and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Day-to-Day

Hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and implementation across the stack. Participating in code reviews and technical discussions. Taking part in agile ceremonies, team meetings, and cross-functional projects. Learning from and supporting senior engineers.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python (FastAPI). Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake). Experience with unit and integration testing; exposure to automated end-to-end testing tools such as Playwright.

Understanding of API design: REST, Swagger, OpenAPI. Familiarity with code quality and security tools: Lint, Prettier, Veracode, SonarQube. Experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Terraform) and cloud-native platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Desirable: exposure to event-driven architecture, Kafka, and messaging services.

Additional Desirable Experience

Experience with AI-driven developer tools. Experience participating in system modernization or cloud migration projects. Experience working with distributed teams in enterprise environments.

Education

Bachelor level degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study.

Compensation:

Salary range for Czech Republic is between 94 000CZK - 141 000 CZK gross per month.

The individual starting salary within this range will depend on relevant factors such as the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, and education or training.
