About the role:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will create exceptional arrival and departure experiences for guests by providing warm, personalized service, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and responding to guest requests with professionalism and care. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay while upholding Four Seasons’ standards of excellence.

What You Will Do:
• Welcome and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring room assignments and rates are accurate.
• Process guest check-outs, prepare and explain billing, and complete payment transactions accurately.
• Assist guests with requests, recommendations, reservations, and local information to enhance their stay experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly whenever possible.
• Monitor and respond to pre-arrival emails, guest chats, and special occasion requests, including personalized notes and arrangements.
• Maintain and reconcile a balanced cash bank, process currency exchanges, and complete end-of-shift transactions.
• Utilize hotel systems to check guests in and out, manage room assignments, run reports, and block rooms for arrivals.
• Accept reservations, modifications, and cancellations when required and assist with directing guest calls appropriately.
• Collaborate closely with Bell Staff, In-Room Dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and satisfaction.

What You Will Bring:
• High School Diploma required; College Education is considered an asset.
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
