We’re looking for a Franchise Sales Specialist (supermarkets, bakeries and cafes), with a passion for tackling food waste, to join our Australia and New Zealand team!
You’ll connect with potential partners mostly via phone (approx. 50-60 calls per day) plus, email, and text or any channel that opens doors. Your mission is to inspire key account franchise stores to join Too Good To Go and help fight food waste.
We’ll give you the training, support, and tools to succeed. What matters most is your energy, curiosity, determination, and humility - not years of experience. Bring the right mindset, and we’ll help you build the skills, it’s down to you to apply all which you learn.
About the Role
You’ll own your success by managing your pipeline of select Key Account franchise stores and weekly activity. We provide the foundation, but your ambition, urgency, and drive will determine your results. You will do this by:
- Being the first point of contact for stores and owning the full sales process (from outreach to closing the deal). You’ll reach out to potential partners to explore how Too Good To Go can support their business.
- We’ll provide you with a long list of warm leads and you’ll prioritise opportunities and guide prospects through the sales journey.
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, supporting a smooth onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless handover to the Growth team to set new partners up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach to franchise locations of Key Account brands with a goal to onboarding them to our platform using incentives and case studies Contact potential partners to understand their needs and show the value we can add, utilise brand specific sales tools to help convert the opportunity.
- Learn and apply our SNAP sales methodology to effectively engage with a variety of businesses.
- Guide partners through registration and onboarding on our platform.
- Own your pipeline, using Salesforce to track and progress your opportunities and document any notes on the account.
- You’ll report to the Key Accounts Team Lead Growth and collaborate closely with the Acquisition and Growth team to ensure the agreed account setup is followed and common objections are addressed.
- Take focused steps in your development, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Recruitment Process
- Step 1 – 20 minute video interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- Step 2 – 45 minute role play interview with members of the Key Accounts Team Lead and a Key Account Manager.
- Step 3 – 45 minute interview with the Head of Key Accounts
