Fixed Assets & Capital Management: Support the effective management of fixed assets and capital expenditure by ensuring compliance with accounting policies, accurate asset lifecycle management and insightful capital performance reporting.
Statutory & Tax Compliance: Assist with statutory reporting, audit requirements, and AU/NZ tax compliance activities (such as GST and FBT) to ensure governance and minimize risk.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline core transactional processes and leverage modern digital/AI productivity tools to enhance reporting and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline (recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or business operations; relevant internship or graduate placement experience is advantageous.
Systems & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; prior experience or exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP) and digital/AI tools is highly regarded.
Accounting & Compliance Acumen: Solid understanding of core financial accounting principles, internal controls, and transactional workflows.
Action-Oriented & Collaborative: Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
