Sobre este puesto de Finance Manager en Infopro Digital Services Limited
Infopro Digital, the B2B group specializing in information and technology, is currently looking for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis to support our Australian business operations based in Sydney.
About the Business
Infopro Digital is a global B2B group with more than 4,000 employees across 26 countries, delivering information, data and technology solutions to professional communities across automotive, risk and insurance, construction, industry and retail.
Our Australian automotive business, Haynes Publishing Pty Limited, supports both B2B and B2C operating models and is experiencing continued growth. This newly scoped role offers the opportunity to step up into broader ownership of the Australian finance function for the first time, while partnering closely with both local and international stakeholders. The position also supports the Real Estate Forum (AusREiiF) business line and has significant potential to expand as the Australian business continues to grow.
What the role involves
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their finance career, moving into broader ownership of a finance function for the first time. Reporting to the B2B Financial Controller, with a dotted line to the Australia General Manager, you'll act as the day-to-day finance contact for local management and the wider group finance team, supported by an experienced Manager and the broader Infopro Digital Automotive finance function as you grow into the role.
You'll get hands-on exposure across both operational and strategic finance activities — reporting, budgeting, forecasting, systems, cash management, compliance, and business improvement — with plenty of support along the way. While the role doesn't carry direct line management responsibility, you'll work closely with, and help guide, colleagues in non-finance roles who carry out transactional tasks within the ERP system, so some informal coordination and oversight of that work will be part of the role.
This job is in our Headquarters based in Kingsgrove, Sydney NSW. It is anticipated that after a short period of training, the role will move to a hybrid working environment of 3 days office attendance.

- Maintain and develop finance systems (Dynamics NAV/Business Central), with exposure to Power BI and Power Automate.
- Support the AusREiiF business line’s local reporting and financial administration.
- Partner with local management and Group stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and business improvement.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects, reporting requirements and wider Group initiatives including collaboration with other territories and Group finance teams as required.
