In this role, you’ll lead the regional finance and administration function, helping the wider business deliver safe, high-quality work on time and within budget. As a key member of the Regional Senior Management Team, you’ll bring clear commercial thinking, honest insight, and steady leadership to support performance today and growth into the future. Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day finance and administration operations for the region.
- Provide proactive commercial advice to operational leaders to support performance, profitability, and smart decision-making.
- Coordinate monthly reporting, forecasting, commentary, and financial analysis across the business.
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting on project and department performance, including variance and margin analysis.
- Build strong relationships across the region through visible leadership, coaching, site engagement, and open communication.

- Chartered Accountant status or a similar qualification.
- Strong commercial and financial leadership experience, ideally in a contracting, infrastructure, or project-based environment.
- Proven ability to analyse financial data, spot trends, and turn insight into action.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to work alongside operational and senior leaders.
- A collaborative, people-focused leadership style and a genuine alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude, and Leadership.
