Field Service Engineer:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to customers, ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of Philips equipment.
Your role:
Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations on Philips equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.
Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Maintain accurate and complete service documentation through ServiceMax and other Philips systems.
Submit service reports, worksheets, expense reports, and administrative documentation accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with Philips quality processes, safety standards, and training requirements.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 4 years of experience supporting healthcare technologies in hospital or clinical environments.
Experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment, preferably
Digital X-Ray (DXR), Image-Guided Therapy (IGT), or related modalities.
Strong customer-facing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
You have intermediate English skills, including the ability to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation.
You are available to travel within Argentina.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
You are available to work an afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
