About the Role

The Global Talent Strategy Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the future growth, scalability, and strategic impact of Farmers Business Services (FBS). As the leader driving the evolution of Farmers' international talent model, this role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, business expansion, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Partnering closely with senior business leaders, Workforce Architects, People Advisory teams, and FBS operational leaders, you will ensure FBS continues to grow as a trusted source of high-quality talent across Latin America and India. This role is focused on building the strategies, infrastructure, and partnerships that enable FBS to scale sustainably, strengthen business capabilities, and deliver long-term value to Farmers and its Lines of Business.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy and execution of FBS growth initiatives, expanding talent capabilities across geographies, business functions, and Lines of Business.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align workforce planning, talent strategies, and business priorities, positioning FBS as a strategic growth engine for Farmers.
• Drive the development of scalable people programs, leadership initiatives, and talent integration strategies that support employee growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee operational excellence across FBS, ensuring processes, governance, compliance, and service delivery models can support continued growth.
• Establish strong partnerships across Farmers to accelerate the integration, development, and long-term success of FBS talent within the organization.
• Monitor key business and workforce metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives that enhance capability, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Strategy, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale talent, workforce, or organizational growth initiatives in regional or global environments.
• Experience supporting or partnering with teams across LATAM and/or India.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, build business cases, and drive strategic initiatives with executive-level visibility.
• Experience building scalable processes, operating models, and people strategies within complex, multi-country organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting international talent delivery, shared services, global business services, or distributed workforce models.
